The Sticky Player tool adds one bottom player across the site.
Steps
- Go to Podcast Player > Toolkit > Sticky Player.
- Choose the audio source:
- From Feed
- From Posts
- From Single Audio URL
- Complete the source fields.
- Choose sticky player background and accent colors.
- Choose whether to hide social sharing links.
- Choose whether to hide the download link.
- Click Save Sticky Player.
- Visit the front end and confirm the sticky player appears when expected.
Source Notes
- From Feed: Select a saved podcast or enter a feed URL.
- From Posts: Choose post type, taxonomy, and terms.
- From Single Audio URL: Enter the audio URL and optional title.
Remove the Sticky Player
- Go to Toolkit > Sticky Player.
- Click Remove Sticky Player.
Notes
- The saved sticky player uses a compact Pro list style internally.
- The global setting Keep Player Visible While Scrolling is separate. It makes an active normal player become sticky when it scrolls out of view.
