Add Bulk Audio Players

The Bulk Audio tool adds single audio players across posts where an audio URL already exists.

Supported Audio Sources

  • Blubrry PowerPress enclosure data.
  • Seriously Simple Podcasting audio_file metadata.
  • Custom Field containing an audio URL.

Steps

  1. Go to Podcast Player > Toolkit > Bulk Audio.
  2. Choose where each post should get its audio URL.
  3. If using Custom Field, enter the custom field name.
  4. Choose where the player should appear:
  • After post content.
  • Before post content.
  1. Choose player display style.
  2. Optionally choose a subscription menu and primary link count.
  3. Set background and accent colors.
  4. Choose whether to hide social links, download link, titles, or featured images.
  5. Click Add Bulk Players.

Remove Bulk Players

  1. Go to Toolkit > Bulk Audio.
  2. Click Remove Bulk Players.

Notes

  • The tool saves a global bulk player configuration.
  • It does not create new posts.
  • Posts without a valid audio URL from the selected source are skipped.
